  • Account information: login credentials, preferences, settings, and account activity
  • Communications: inquiries, quote requests, telephone calls, emails, forms, support requests, reviews, and other messages

Sources of Information

We collect information directly from you; automatically through the Services, cookies, pixels, logs, and similar technologies; from Shopify and service providers; from payment processors, carriers, manufacturers, distributors, fraud-prevention and identity-verification services; and from partners, public sources, or other third parties where permitted by law.

How We Use Information

  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, security incidents, chargebacks, abuse, and unlawful activity
  • Verify tax, export, sanctions, end-user, destination, manufacturer, distributor, and transaction requirements
  • Measure performance, conduct analytics, remember preferences, and improve products and marketing
  • Send marketing where permitted and honor opt-out choices
  • Comply with law, legal process, recordkeeping duties, and enforce our agreements and rights

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies for store operation, security, preferences, analytics, attribution, and advertising. Available cookie or privacy controls may appear in a banner, privacy settings, browser controls, or Shopify's privacy tools. Blocking some technologies may affect store functions.

Where required, we seek consent before using non-essential technologies. We honor legally required opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, where they apply and where our systems can reasonably detect them.

How We Disclose Information

We may disclose personal information as reasonably necessary:

  • To Shopify and providers for hosting, payment processing, security, analytics, customer service, cloud storage, communications, marketing, fulfillment, shipping, returns, and other business operations
  • To manufacturers, distributors, carriers, insurers, and service providers to source, fulfill, deliver, support, return, repair, or warrant products
  • To payment, fraud-prevention, identity-verification, financing, tax, export, sanctions, and compliance providers
  • To advertising and analytics partners, subject to applicable consent and opt-out rights
  • When you direct or consent to a disclosure
  • Within our corporate group or in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, asset sale, or similar transaction
  • To comply with law or valid process, enforce agreements, investigate wrongdoing, or protect rights, safety, property, and security

Some privacy laws define certain advertising disclosures as a "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising even when no money is exchanged. Where those laws apply, you may opt out as described below. We do not sell mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent information, and we do not disclose that information to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.

Shopify

Shopify collects and processes information to provide and improve the Services and may process information in countries other than yours. Shopify may also use information from interactions with our store and other merchants for features for which Shopify is responsible. Learn more in the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and use available controls at privacy.shopify.com.

Phone, Email, and Text Communications

When you provide contact information in an order, quote request, inquiry, account, or support request, we may use it for transaction-related communications, including verification, questions, changed shipping estimates, fulfillment, delivery, returns, and support. These messages are not promotional merely because they relate to a purchase or request.

We send promotional email, telephone, or text communications only as permitted by law. If we offer SMS and you expressly opt in, message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to an SMS to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. An opt-out does not prevent non-promotional order or service messages where permitted.

You may unsubscribe from promotional email through the link in the message or contact us. You may ask us not to make promotional calls. Allow a reasonable period to process a preference request.

Data Security and Retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we process. No method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not send payment-card numbers, passwords, or sensitive credentials through unsecured email or contact forms.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including account and order administration, warranties and returns, fraud prevention, tax and accounting, legal compliance, disputes, and enforcement. Retention varies by record type and legal obligation. We delete or de-identify information when appropriate, subject to lawful exceptions.

Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child provided information, contact us. We do not knowingly sell or share, as those terms are defined by applicable privacy law, personal information of individuals under 16.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and subject to legal exceptions, you may have rights to access, know, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal information; opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; or appeal a decision on a request.

Submit a request to sales@datasupplies.com or call (800) 749-4133. Describe the right you wish to exercise and the information needed to locate your records. We may verify identity and authority. An authorized agent may be required to provide proof of authorization, and we may contact you directly. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Where applicable, use the site's cookie/privacy controls or Global Privacy Control to opt out of qualifying advertising disclosures. We do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals that are not legally required.

International Processing

Information may be processed outside your state, province, or country, including in the United States. Where required for a transfer from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction, the responsible party will use an approved transfer mechanism or another lawful basis.

Third-Party Sites

Links or integrations operated by third parties are subject to their own privacy and security practices. We are not responsible for an independent third party's website, content, availability, or practices.

Changes and Complaints

We may update this policy to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. We will post the revision, update the date above, and provide additional notice when required. Contact us first with a privacy complaint. Depending on where you live, you may also complain to or seek review from the competent regulator.
